History

Ension, Inc was founded by Drs. Philip Litwak and Mark Gartner in 2001 to pursue design and development of novel medical technologies.  The Company has expanded its infrastructure to include biocompatible surface design and biomaterial modification and testing as well as regenerative product development.  Ension maintains collaborations with national and international leaders in the medical product industry.

Ension's headquarters is located in Pittsburgh, PA and maintains additional facilities located in Cape Coral, FL and Irvine, CA.
